It may be too long of a drive to Louisiana for some Cajun cooking, so come join us this weekend for our weekend special. We are cooking up an old family recipe of Crawfish Etouffee served over a bowl of rice. It has that “just right” amount of down home cooking that will give you that satisfied feeling.
