Buffalo Chicken Ranch Flatbread $15

 

Regular Menu

Charcuterie Board  A mélange of gourmet meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables and nuts served with crusty bread, crackers, *Fischer & Wieser Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle sauce and whole grain mustard.   Small serves one to two. $15

Spicy Shrimp Cocktail Six New Orleans seasoned colossal shrimp (half pound) on a bed of tender spring lettuce served with our house made cocktail sauce and charred lemon. $15

Texas Vineyard Chicken Salad Large chunks of tender white meat, toasted pecans and red grapes with tender mixed greens on a multi-grain croissant or a Spinach and herb tortilla wrap. Served with kettle chips. $15

Stacked Prime Rib Sandwich Shaved prime rib served on a sourdough roll with provolone, sautéed mushroom, tobacco onion, au jus, and a side of kettle chips.

Hill Country Spring Salad Tender spring salad greens with avocado, seasonal fruit, candied pecans tossed in a rosemary and Texas grapefruit vinaigrette. Gluten free option.  $9

Flatbreads 

Cheese House made marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes and Singing Water Merlot, Blended Cheeses and Italian herbs.  $12 

Pepperoni House made marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes and Singing Water Merlot, Blended Cheeses, Pepperoni slices and Italian herbs.  $15 

Roasted Vegetable Flatbread. Roasted vegetables, Singing Water Vineyard marinara and a romano cheese blend on flatbread. $15

Shrimp, Spinach & Artichoke.  This flatbread is made with our house original Pinot Grigio creamy Alfredo sauce with hearty chunks of shrimp with spinach and artichoke to balance. $18

Raspberry Chipotle with Grilled Quail. Fischer & Wieser’s Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, tender grilled quail locally sourced from Diamond H Quail Farm, caramelized onion and feta cheese.  $18 

Sweet & Spicy Pepperoni & Mushroom House made marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes and Singing Water Merlot, sautéed mushroom, pepperoni, blended cheeses, Italian herbs, crushed red pepper and locally sourced honey. $18 

Kids Hot Dog Basket Grilled hot dog with chips, juice and a ring pop treat! $5

Dessert 

Godiva Double Chocolate Cheesecake A decadent Godiva cheesecake is a rich chocolate cheesecake with chunks of Godiva milk chocolate and topped with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache. Finished with light chocolate whipped cream. $9 

Crème de Challah au Chocolat Chef Robert’s Signature chocolate dessert experience.  $9

Sauvignon Blanc– Grapefruit and melon- clean, crisp and refreshing. $7 glass/$20 bottle

Texas Sunrise- Rose with peach, melon and strawberry flavors.  $7 glass/ $21 bottle

Pinot Grigio– Delicate floral aromas with hints of grass and herbs. $8 glass/$22 bottle

Orange Muscat– Aromas of orange blossom, fresh peach, with notes of green apple. Medium body with slight residual sugar that balances the tartness of the wine.  $7 glass/ $28 bottle

Viognier- Aromas of orange blossoms and honeysuckle – hints of peach, apricot, tangerine and Mango with a smooth and creamy finish.  $8 glass/$27 bottle

Sweet Lupe– A semi-sweet Merlot processed with 3%sugar.  $7 glass/$22 bottle

Reveille- Non vintage red blend with several red wines.  Notes of smoke and tart cherry with soft tannins.  Medium body with smooth finish. $8 glass/$32 bottle

Freedom-Wild black cherry, toasted oak, and tobacco- supports our military community through donations to the Fisher House and the USO.  $10 glass/$35 bottle

Texas Reserve- Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Singing Water estate Merlot…100%Texas! It has fruity aromas with flavors of raspberry, plum and a dark chocolate finish.  Rich and smooth. $10 glass/ $40 bottle

Cabernet Sauvignon – Our much anticipated Alexander Valley Cab is now available!  Bold, rich, smooth…everything a Cab should be. $58 bottle

Dick Cole Freedom Wine Edition- Singing Water Vineyards has partnered with the Cole family to create a Freedom Wine limited edition dedicated to Comfort’s own national hero.  We’re honoring our late friend and the “Last Doolittle Raider” by donating $10 for every bottle sold to Dick’s passion of educating young airmen.  $50 bottle (no discounts apply).
